Design Thinking

As a social media manager, my days are often filled with meetings and phone calls in between account work. On Friday, I had one meeting in particular that I was really looking forward to. One of our clients, Tim Ogilvie, was in town, and in each meeting with Tim, I learn new ways to implement design thinking into my work. After our meeting, Tim was able to sum up our 1.5 hour meeting into the drawing below:
