Hal Scott, author of Connectedness and Contagion: Protecting the Financial System from Panics, was mentioned in The Wall Street Journal in an article discussing his recent report on the Federal Reserve. He also recently contributed an op-ed to The Hill discussing how Dodd-Frank will change under Trump and the next Congress. Scott is a Harvard Law Professor who teaches courses on Capital Markets Regulation and writes about inefficacies in the financial regulatory system.
